Our fee structures

As a far-seeing law firm, we put our clients first by letting them decide how and when to pay our professional fees. We always provide our clients with free initial advice, adhering to various fee options to select from; whether to pay the whole fee up front or pay in easy installments. We only accept payments by bank transfers.

Our Fee does not include the charges to third parties such as Home Office fees, Court or Tribunal fees, Fees charged by Barristers, etc. We have kept everything transparent so that the client knows exactly how much is payable and to whom.

We provide an approximately 20-minute free initial consultation to our clients after which our hourly charges of £165 apply.

Our charges vary depending on the nature of the complexity of the case, the number of applicants, the urgency of the case, the quantity of supporting documents, etc. A simple Visa application is approximately between £ 1500 and £ 2000. A more complex application will be approximately between 2500 to £ 4500. These are only rough estimates, we will be able to access what fee is chargeable once we determine the amount of time involved in studying the case, drafting letters, preparing bundles, etc.

VAT is chargeable on all our fee @20% (VAT # 55359477)
